Mark Stoneman @wcaleb I just tried using search on Threads as an outsider for the first time. It shows a handful of results, but then: "Log in for more threads about this topic." The walled garden has already begun.
Lou Plummer They threw a couple of my posts, which were nothing but anti-Trump memes, into the algorithm this weekend and I got thousands of reactions. I cross post everything to Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky and Nostr and got little to no reaction elsewhere. I never engage on Threads.
